Lead Technologist - Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 remote)
Salary: Up to £85,000 + 10% bonus
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours/week
As a Lead Technologist in AI & ML, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of intelligent systems across a wide range of domains, from computer vision and NLP to reinforcement learning and signal processing. What Youll Do: Lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex, large-scale AI/ML projects.

What Youll Bring: PhD in AI/ML or a related field, with over 10 years of experience in advanced research and development.
Demonstrated leadership in R&D and engineering assurance across multidisciplinary teams.
Deep expertise in areas such as reinforcement learning, natural language processing, large language models, computer vision, or signal processing.
Exceptional communication and proposal development skills, with a track record of securing and delivering high-impact projects.
