We are currently working on behalf of a Maintenance Contractor. The client is looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trader for a permanent position to carry out work on occupied and void properties within the Swindon area.
Responsibilities
* Carpentry repair work on occupied and void properties.
* Assist with other trades where able; cross-trade skills are advantageous.
* Work on projects within Swindon and surrounding areas as required.
Other details
* The successful candidate will be supplied with a van and fuel.
* 40 hour weeks.
* 25 days holiday (if this differs from original, keep accurate figure; otherwise adjust to the text: 23 days holiday).

* Work vehicle and fuel card.
