BeOne Medicines USA, Inc. (f/ka BeiGene) seeks Director, Project & Portfolio Systems & Reporting in Cambridge, MA:
Job Duties:
Assist in the implementation of project management tools and common R&D portfolio reporting capabilities. Development of drug development portfolio visualizations using industry standard toolsets. Work with partners in developing information standards and integrations between R&D systems. Ensuring continuous improvement of the systems & processes that drive project and portfolio management including sharing of best practice and standardization across project teams and functions. Develop data quality initiatives and reports to ensure R&D project management accuracy and assist data owners in information excellence initiatives and processes. Collaborating with the PPM team in generating analyses of timeline, resource, and budget information that facilitates scenario planning, contingency planning, risk assessment and management, problem-solving, and decision-making across the portfolio. Develop and validate forecasting tools, including the creation of algorithms which forecast R&D drug development costs and resource needs. Create and oversee the processes, data models and integrations of R&D data warehouse information for use in monthly reporting, LRP, portfolio analysis / scenarios, etc. Telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Information Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR
Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Information Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements:
(1) data engineering with an emphasis on data analytics and reporting; (2) project planning; (3) design and build of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes by writing custom data pipelines; (4) Built large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines; (5) SQL; (6) Azure; (7) leading technical teams. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.
Disregard the below range, the selected candidate will earn a wage of $213,000.00 - $265,000.00 per annum.

Salary Range: $173,500.00 - $233,500.00 annually

Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
