Specialist Cleaner - kings Lynn library
£13.82 Per hour
Norse Cleaning Division work in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.
We have a successful relationship with Kings Lynn Library we are looking to recruit a Specialist Cleaner on a part time basis.
The role
This is a diverse, hands on role with a wide range of responsibilities, you will be working as part of a team ensuring all cleans are carried out to a high standard and meet the required specification.
You will be responsible for undertaking specialist environmental cleans within a variety of premises whilst maintaining our excellent customer satisfaction, it will is your priority to ensure the standards of cleanness are maintained throughout.
This will include specialist task that could be bodily fluid cleansAdditional training and vaccinations will be needed and cost will be covered by Norse cleaning.
* Cleaning and maintaining designated area's - mopping, hoovering, wiping down, emptying bins.
* Building relationships with the client on site
* Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety at all times
* Reporting any issues or defects on site
Our Successful Candidate:
We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;
* Knowledge of basic site health & safety
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site
* Confident working independently to your own initiative
* Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable
