As we continue to grow, were seeking a Freelance Business Development Consultant to partner with us in identifying and securing new recruitment opportunities across the UK.

The Opportunity - Remote/Home-based

This is an exciting, fully flexible freelance role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and developing new business. Youll play a key role in expanding Fairmont Crests client base by generating confirmed recruitment programmes opportunities that allow us to place high-calibre candidates with exceptional organisations. Commission is paid upon candidate placements.
Youll have the freedom to work independently, leveraging your network and business acumen to open doors, build credibility, and deliver tangible results.

What Youll Be Doing

Identifying and engaging with businesses across the UK to explore recruitment partnership opportunities.

Building relationships with decision-makers at senior, director, and C-suite levels.

Promoting Fairmont Crests bespoke recruitment and HR solutions.

Securing confirmed recruitment opportunities that lead to candidate placements.

Collaborating closely with Fairmont Crests leadership team to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

Proven experience in business development in recruitment, executive search, or consultancy. You will not be doing the actual recruitment; this will be our role.

Strong network and confidence engaging with senior leaders and decision-makers.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute.

Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
