A well-established, independent dairy business in the UK is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support its Hereford depot. This temporary opportunity comes at a pivotal time as the company transitions to a new computer system and youll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful changeover.
From processing orders and responding to customer queries, to assisting with credit control tasks, your contributions will make a direct impact on both customer satisfaction and internal operations making you a valued part of the team.

What Youll Be Doing? Inputting and checking customer orders via phone, email, and fax
Supporting the team with general administration tasks during system changeover
Assisting with credit control: allocating payments, chasing outstanding balances, and managing customer accounts
Responding to delivery queries and helping to ensure seamless service
Verifying cash payments and assisting with invoice distribution
What Were Looking For? Proven experience in customer service or office administration
Confident, professional communicator with a friendly telephone manner
Accurate data entry and good IT skills (especially MS Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Highly organised and calm under pressure able to juggle multiple priorities
A flexible team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to support others
Working Pattern Five shifts per week
Monday to Friday, approx. 08:30 17:00
Some Saturday working required; where Saturday is worked a day off in the week is provided
Bank Holidays worked on a rotating basis
