Contract Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Manchester, UK (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
Responsibilities
* Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle, screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
* Maintain recruitment databases, effectively and compliantly using the applicant tracking and reporting systems.
* Manage interview feedback and offer processes.
* Deliver a smooth and positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
* Drive hiring efficiency and support team scalability during the interim period.
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of international recruiting experience.
* Good understanding of multiple job markets, industry trends, and the ability to adapt quickly when needed.
* Wide range of experience and expertise on current external recruiting policies, practices, and trends.
* Knowledge of relevant and creative sourcing tools and methods.
* Proactive and able to manage and influence key internal stakeholders.
* Commercial awareness and results-driven with hands‑on mentality.
* Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency and flexibility.
* Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity.
* Strategic thinking and tactical execution – anticipates roadblocks and proactively creates solutions to ensure success.
