Job Description
3. Manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
4. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
5. Assist in the deployment of new systems and upgrades to existing infrastructure.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the secure and efficient operation of technology systems.
7. Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
8. Document technical processes and create user guides where necessary.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as required.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will:
11. Deliver and maintain the cyber elements that underpins programme delivery
12. Ensure tasks are prioritised and delivered in accordance with programme requirements.
13. Provide technical subject matter expertise for the programme.
14. Strong experience of developing and supporting Microsoft servers and enterprise core services (Active Directory, Exchange etc) as well as Azure deployments of these services
15. Supporting other Azure platform components and associated troubleshooting
