🚀 Human Resources Manager – Expedia Group | 6-Month Contract | £215/day PAYE | Hybrid (London, Angel Building)
Expedia Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support its London team through an exciting phase of organisational change and transformation.
This is a 6-month contract (with possibility of extension) offering a £215/day PAYE rate, working 2–3 days per week onsite at Expedia’s Angel Building office in London.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leaders to advise on performance, engagement, and team structures.
* Lead organisational change, restructures, and reorganisation initiatives.
* Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations and grievances.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
* Collaborate with HR teams (Comp, Benefits, Talent, etc.) to align people strategies with business goals.
* Use data insights to identify HR trends and proactively drive improvements.
* Support leadership capability-building and people development initiatives.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
* 7+ years’ experience in HR, with strong focus on Employee Relations and Organisational Change.
* Strong grasp of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
📍 Location: Angel Building, London (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
💰 Rate: £215/day PAYE
📆 Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension
