What We’re Looking For Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (NVQ or equivalent) – required. Previous experience in a nursery, childcare, or early years setting (preferred). Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A flexible, proactive, and caring approach.
