About the Role
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7am until 3:30pm
Responsibilities
* Help with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, trimming, and making sandwiches and salads.
* Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area and equipment – cleaning utensils, tableware, and catering stations.
* Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries, ensuring that food and supply storage areas are organised.
* Serve food items to customers in accordance with the menu prepared by the chefs; act as a host/waiter during events when required.
Qualifications
* Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
* Commercial kitchen experience is highly valued but not essential.
* Basic catering and hospitality certificate (e.g., Food Handling) is desired but not essential; we can provide training.
* Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to stand for extended periods.
