This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable business, carrying out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance within a supportive and well-established team! The Role: As a Foot Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for: Carrying out PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant. Completing reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs. Fault-finding and resolving issues across both electrical and mechanical systems. Conducting general M&E tasks such as water temperature monitoring, emergency lighting tests, lamping, and small plumbing repairs. Providing support on BMS front-end systems. Delivering a professional, client-facing service across commercial office sites in Central London.Requirements: Strong experience with PPMs, reactive maintenance, and fault-finding across both electrical and mechanical systems. Able to commute easily across Central London as a foot-mobile engineer.
