Shift pattern: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (12:00-20:00)

✅what You'll Do
1. Effective day to day ownership of the allocated shift within the Delphi Borgwarner operation
2. Conduct monthly 1-2-1's and performance reviews with your team
3. Communicate out timely reports of KPI's reporting completing handover reports at the end of each shift
4. Ensure Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
5. Accountable for briefing and training the team with regard to any procedural or process changes and ensuring that the required level of checks and balances are in place
6. Communicate productivity, profitability targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected of them
