* Provide guests with a pristine room, meet health and safety standards, and work at pace to ensure rooms are ready for check-in; greet guests with a friendly manner and communicate regularly with Front Office.
What you need to be a Housekeeping Team Member
Main duties and responsibilities include providing guests with a pristine room, meeting health and safety standards, and working at pace to ensure rooms are ready for our guests to start checking in. You will also greet guests with a friendly manner and communicate regularly with our Front Office team. Requirements:
* Availability to work approximately 16 hours per week (including weekends). Shifts will be split across 4 days per week 10:00am–2:00pm
* Experience working within Cleaning or Housekeeping is beneficial
* Ability to work independently, meet time deadlines, and maintain a fast pace
* Drive to produce results and contribute to personal and guest experiences within the Kimpton family
* A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service
* Willingness to work within our team to embrace our service and delight our guests
