We’re looking for a High Intensity Therapist/ Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our dynamic service and make a real impact in the lives of adults from diverse backgrounds. In this pivotal role, you’ll work both face-to-face and through therapeutic groups, offering interventions that follow IAPT guidance. You’ll be assessing service users for suitability, delivering high-intensity treatments, and ensuring everyone you support receives the right care at the right time. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the wider team. This includes line managing Senior PWPs, providing case management and clinical supervision, and working closely with leadership to help shape and strengthen the service.
