We are 4 Day Week employer Purpose of the role To deliver a range of dynamic and engaging education and wellbeing interventions to young people, adults and professionals on a wide range of topics including sexual health, reproductive health, relationships and wellbeing. An outreach role, requiring frequent travel to a range of education and community venues to deliver face to face and digital wholeclass sessions, small group sessions and 1:1 programmes to young people, service users, parents/carers and the wider young people’s work force. Essential criteria Ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive educational activities, adapting to audience needs. Inclusive approach with knowledge of equality and diversity principles. Skilled in networking and building partnerships with professionals and stakeholders. Self-motivated, able to manage workload independently. Proficient in IT systems, databases, and social media. Knowledge of social factors influencing sexual and reproductive health and wellbeing. Good understanding of safeguarding, law, and guidance in sexual health. Committed to Brook’s values, confidentiality, and anti-oppressive practice. Ability to work with diverse client groups, including those with complex needs. Awareness of young people’s issues, especially around sexuality and relationships. GCSE-level education (minimum 5 passes) and Level 3 Teaching & Learning qualification (or willingness to achieve).
