Responsibilities
Serve as a HUMINT Desk Officer in support of enduring and developing operational initiatives for Joint, coalition, and interagency operations. Apply subject‑matter expertise, advice, and support for planning, coordination, and implementation of both collection activities and time‑sensitive opportunities. Coordinate HUMINT operations and capability building requirements with staff sections, Combat Support Agencies (CSAs), service components, host nation, partner nations, coalitions, and interagency partners. Draft plans and operational proposals, including requirements, plans, orders, and tasking documents. Develop and present briefings to facilitate HUMINT initiatives for operations, special projects, and programs. Monitor activities conducted in support of contingency operations while coordinating external U.S. and allied HUMINT support.
Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience conducting, enabling, or directly supporting intelligence operations
* 4+ years of experience working in the EUCOM AOR or a Combatant Command
* 4+ years of experience with NAVEUR
* Experience using intelligence automated systems
* Experience with the Military Decision‑Making Process or major subordinate command level planning processes
* Knowledge of DoD HUMINT policy, directives, and doctrine
* Knowledge of AI tools and their integration
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
* Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
* Experience working with allied partners
* Experience conducting or supporting Personnel Recovery
* Knowledge of the Intelligence Community’s missions, functions, and interrelationships
* Completion of ASOTC, MAGTF CI or HUMINT, DATC, ASOC, or AMSOC courses
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Compensation
Salary range: $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package.
