Role
* Act as the point of contact for members, elevating their experience at every touchpoint and addressing inquiries with meticulous administrative support.
* Create a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the club, front of house and new member visits.
* Own your membership targets, striving for excellence in sales, retention and growth each month.
* Ensure all activity targets are met to achieve desired net growth.
* Tailor membership offerings to individual needs and expand corporate memberships to prospects within the immediate locality of the club.
* Provide advice on all activities related to Exercise Experience and products offered by Virgin Active.
* Support the smooth operation of the club and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
* Take on duty shift responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility, dedication and leading by example in all aspects of club management.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer‑centric, target‑driven role (desirable but not essential).
* Strong interpersonal skills, approachable to members, prospects and colleagues.
* Good communication skills.
