Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and solutions‑focused Sales Support Executive to join our IT Systems Sales team.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
Working closely with Systems Sales Account Managers, you will support their accounts by managing operational and administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on sales and customer relationships.
* Processing quotes, orders, returns and backorders accurately and efficiently.
* Managing customer queries via phone, email and ticketing systems.
* Co‑ordinating with internal teams (operations, purchasing, finance) to keep orders and projects on track.
* Resolving issues early and minimising delays so nothing is missed.
Qualifications
Experience in administration, customer service or sales support with a strong understanding of what great service looks like. Adept at managing your own workload, confident communicating with a wide range of people, and building relationships with Account Managers, customers and colleagues. Good problem‑solving skills and a practical approach to getting things done. Proficiency in CRM and order processing systems is essential. Experience with technical products or working in a B2B environment is a bonus.
