This is a senior leadership role combining surgical excellence, operational oversight, and strategic vision to deliver high-quality veterinary care and advance animal welfare. What You'll Do Lead all veterinary services, ensuring best-practice standards across routine, complex, and emergency procedures. Perform surgeries (including neutering and emergency interventions) and diagnostic tests (X-rays, ultrasound). Provide compassionate care for companion animals, injured wildlife, and rescued strays. Mentor and manage a dedicated team of vets, nurses, and support staff. Oversee clinical governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
