Role and Responsibilities
* Serving customers at the trade counter and by phone/email
* Processing orders, quotations and customer enquiries
* Picking, packing and receipting stock
* Assisting with hose assembly and basic workshop tasks
* Supporting stock control and branch administration, with scope to take ownership as the role develops
* Promoting Hydraquip products and services where appropriate
* Maintaining a safe, organised branch environment in line with H&S standards
What we’re looking for
Essential experience
* A reliable, customer focused attitude
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work well in a small team
Desirable experience
* Trade counter, warehouse or customer service experience
* Interest in mechanical or hydraulic products
