Partnering with national charities across the UK, our team is highly rated for the work they do, working alongside our clients to protect and handle their welfare and finances. We provide assistance to those who suffer from various conditions such as learning disabilities, mental illness, brain injuries or dementia.We are looking for someone to join our specialist team that can advise on all aspects of matters relating to property and affairs within court of protection, including (but not limited to) deputyship applications, statutory wills, gifts, property transactions and personal injury trusts. With this, there will be a caseload to manage, along with assisting our senior lawyers on high-value, sensitive cases.
