The Role:
We're looking for a motivated Delivery Consultant to join our Manchester team. You'll play a key role in connecting outstanding candidates with clients across energy and alternative technologies, supporting senior consultants while developing your skills and progressing your career.
What you'll be doing:
* Sourcing, headhunting & engaging specialist talent
* Writing & posting compelling job ads
* Screening, interviewing & supporting candidates through the process
* Partnering with senior consultants to deliver for clients
* Building long-term candidate relationships
What we're looking for:
* A confident communicator with strong organisational skills
* Driven, proactive, and eager to learn
* Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or office/project roles is a bonus (but not essential)
* Someone who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven team
