Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: We require proven experience in application or systems support at 2nd line level or above. We require experience supporting a large ERP system such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle. We require strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a focus on root cause resolution. We require the ability to manage and prioritise multiple support requests. We require experience working in a user-facing support environment. We require strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We would prefer experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. We would prefer exposure to Azure integration services or system integrations. We would prefer an understanding of database structures or data flows. We would prefer experience supporting finance-related systems or working closely with finance teams. Responsibilities: We provide 2nd and 3rd line support for our core ERP system, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. We act as a key point of contact between end users, internal IT teams, and external support partners. We investigate and resolve system issues, including root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. We manage and prioritise a support ticket queue of approximately 10 to 15 tickets per day. We carry out system configuration tasks such as user setup and dimension changes. We support system upgrades, testing, and releases. We work proactively with the business to identify training needs and recurring issues. We assist in the development of reports and system documentation. We deliver and support end-user training where required.
