Responsibilities
* Cleaning and Polishing
* Ring sizing
* Half shanking rings
* Soldering
* Repairing hinges
* Plating
* Channel setting & re‑building rings
* Bezel setting
* Re‑tipping / re‑building claws and re‑setting any replacement stones in claws
