Role
My client, a global manufacturing organisation, is looking to appoint a Electrical shift Engineer to join their growing team in Flintshire.
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
* Carry out installation work to include modifying existing equipment and installation of new equipment
* Ensure that H&S policies are followed at all times
* Communicate to Engineering team to ensure a comprehensive shift handover is completed
* Assist team with implementation of new machinery or upgrades of existing machinery.
Qualifications
* HNC engineering or equivalent
* Previous experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and automated systems
* Interpret engineering drawings
* 3 years' experience within an engineering role
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work alone or part of a team
