Salary: £32,000 to £35,000

An opportunity has opened for a CAD Technician to join a Building Services company based in South East London. The ideal candidate will have experience using Revit and AutoCAD 2D and be looking for work within the Building Services industry, HVAC or similar.
The company are growing rapidly and the role offers training to become a Design Engineer within the sector for people looking for this. They have a great list of benefits including a generous holiday allocation.
What they’re looking for:
* Experience working as a Junior CAD Technician or similar
* Revit experience
* AutoCAD 2D / 3D
* An understanding of Engineering drawings
* HVAC, MEP, Building Services or similar experience would be ideal
* CAD design and drawings experience
* Mechanical biased ideally
CAD Technician Responsibilities:
* Working with the Engineering team, creating new drawings of HVAC systems as well as drainage, fire systems and other security layouts
* Using Revit and AutoCAD for drawings
* Managing CAD libraries and maintenance
* Learning more about the HVAC, public health industry
