We're recruiting for an exceptional Steering Group Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting LTE Group's Artificial Intelligence strategic ambitions. In this influential position, you'll strengthen the AI steering group's project oversight, coordination, and reporting, ensuring meetings are well-managed, actions and projects are tracked, and decision-making is supported through clear, timely, and accurate information. You will be central to maintaining oversight of the AI steering group and subgroups, providing high-quality coordination, documentation, and follow-up to support effective decision-making at the highest levels. From scheduling meetings and preparing papers to capturing actions and driving timely updates, you'll help shape how we manage and monitor strategic delivery across the organisation. We have an exciting opportunity to join the LTE Group as the AI Steering Group Coordinator on a permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) basis. Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience delivering high-quality administrative and coordination support within, programme, project, or senior stakeholder settings. Proven ability to coordinate meetings or steering groups, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions, and following up with stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint, with the ability to manage documentation and reporting effectively. Excellent organisational, communication, and people skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build effective working relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. Experience managing project administration using standard PPM tools and templates, while ensuring compliance with PMO standards and reporting requirements. Ability to support the production and analysis of financial and operational data, including adoption, user engagement, and return on investment.
