As a Restaurant Server you will be responsible for assisting the team n the profitable and efficient running of the restaurant and bar areas. You will possess and demonstrate great customer skills and contribute to a fantastic guest experience. What will I be doing? As a Restaurant Server at The Mole, you are responsible for providing efficient service to guests bringing personality and fun to the F&B outlets. You'll inject your personality every moment you’re with our guests so that they love to come back time and time again. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: ● Prepare and cleardown the restaurant before and after service. ● Ensure that you have great knowledge of our menus. ● Serve our guests in a friendly, professional manner. ● Utilise every opportunity to upsell the business. ● Ensure a seemless guest experience What are we looking for? To successfully fill this role as a Bartender you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: ● Positive attitude and willingness to learn ● Good communication skills ● Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service ● A neat and tidy appearance ● Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations ● Ability to work on your own or in a team Above all you should be fun and help us deliver our brand of fabulous stays and active days.
