Chief Executive Officer role at MBR Partners. This is a remote home-based position in the UK (no sponsorship will be provided). Role profile
Go-To-Market Planning: Create and execute a revised GTM plan to grow the new business pipeline, improve conversion rates and revenue; the CEO is expected to be hands-on in this function. Strategic Business Planning: Lead strategic planning; ensure long-range, annual, and quarterly goals; prepare and present annual strategic reviews to the management team. Operations Planning: Prepare quarterly forecasts and long-range P&L projections for Quarterly Strategic Reviews. Initiative Planning: Prepare annual and quarterly product roadmaps and initiative plans with monetized customer sponsorship and commitment. Talent Management: Ensure cascading scorecard objectives for all employees within the business unit. Business & Financial Reporting: Track and publish financial and non-financial metrics; organize and present Quarterly Operations Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews. Numeracy: Monitor core KPIs, manage recurring revenue renewals and pricing adjustments, oversee invoicing and collections. Operations Management: Oversee functions to achieve QSR and Scorecard objectives; monitor, coach, and develop the team; drive customer sponsorship and revenue growth. Customers: Engage with key partners and customers; contribute to strategic development, revenue protection, and product advancement requests. Issue Resolution: Actively participate in resolving day-to-day issues across sales, forecasting, capacity, services resourcing, and delivery. Risk Management: Identify risks and implement remediation plans. Other duties: Account management and new sales development; high-level P&L leadership with a sales-oriented background; strong analytical, strategic and action-oriented mindset; high energy; curiosity; excellent communication; team leadership; knowledge of the Supply Chain software space; ability to travel. Lead the UK-based private equity portfolio company in software-driven supply chain solutions; scale sub £1 million ARR and a small team. Develop and execute growth plans to increase pipeline and revenue. Partner with stakeholders to deliver customer value and operational excellence. Qualifications
Experience in the Supply Chain software space and a track record of executive leadership in similar roles. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. Strong commercial acumen, P&L leadership experience, and ability to work hands-on in a small team. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; high energy, curiosity, and urgency.
