About the Role
We’re looking for a Commercial Creative to join the team behind one of the most culturally important creator groups in the world, the Sidemen — a global entertainment collective known for shaping culture, breaking records, and partnering with leading brands.
This role sits at the crossroads of content, creativity, and commercial strategy. You’ll help bring brand partnerships to life by developing fresh, platform-native ideas that feel authentic to the group’s audience and creative world. Working closely with the Commercial Director and the Sidemen Entertainment Team, you’ll play a key role in responding to briefs, shaping campaign ideas, and supporting delivery of brand integrations across YouTube and social.
It’s a great opportunity for a creative who lives and breathes the creator ecosystem, knows what makes fans engage, and wants to help bridge the gap between brands and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
* Creative Concepting: Support the development of creative responses to brand and media briefs — helping turn insights and objectives into ideas that feel native to YouTube.
* Deck & Response Building: Help shape and design pitch decks and creative responses that clearly communicate ideas, tone, and execution.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Director, Sidemen Entertainment Team, and external agencies to align creative concepts with both brand goals and the group’s content style.
* Production Support: Assist in coordinating creative delivery — from pre-production through to live campaign content — ensuring creative consistency and client satisfaction.
* Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with creator culture, YouTube trends, and social media shifts to keep ideas fresh and relevant.
* Agency & Client Liaison: Occasionally join creative presentations and feedback sessions, confidently communicating ideas and rationale.
About You
You’re a creative thinker and doer with a passion for social content and an understanding of what makes audiences care, click, and share. You love the YouTube creator world and have a knack for bringing brand messages to life in fun, authentic ways.
You’ll have:
* 1–3 years’ experience working in or with a social publishing business is essential
* A deep understanding of YouTube and social media platforms, especially creator-led content
* Confidence turning brand briefs into creative ideas
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* An eye for storytelling and what works visually on social platforms
* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* A genuine enthusiasm for pop culture, entertainment, and digital creativity
