Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Cheshire
Sellick Partnership are working with a highly regarded firm in Alderley Edge who are highly regarded as they are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.
Role Overview: The successful candidate will work alongside their reputable team, demonstrating detailed knowledge in residential conveyancing.
Their property lawyers advise on all areas of residential property law, including:
* The sale and purchase of residential property* High-value transactions* Auctions* Portfolio sales and purchases* Contract races* Sub-sales* Landlord and tenant* Leasehold enfranchisement* Lease extensions* Mortgages and refinancing* New-build purchases* Buy-to-lets* Off plan development sales
The ideal candidate:
* 1-5 years PQE
* Excellent academics
* Good academic skills
* Experience in dealing with a busy caseload
