* Lead all advertising and sponsorship initiatives and create compelling partnership propositions that align with The TEFL Org’s audience and brand.

* Expand and manage The TEFL Org’s partner ecosystem, including affiliate, institutional, and corporate relationships. Maintain and nurture existing relationships to ensure long-term value and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Education, Tech, and CX) to develop mutually beneficial projects. Work closely with Finance and Marketing to forecast revenue, track performance, and refine strategy.
* Identify and secure new strategic partnerships that enhance our course offering and student experience.
* Ensure all commercial activity adheres to The TEFL Org’s brand standards, data protection, and ethical guidelines.

A strategic thinker with analytical capability and commercial acumen, you’ll be confident in representing the organisation externally and comfortable working across functions and leading through influence.
