We’re looking for a skilled and customer‑focused Field Service Engineer to represent Bró, installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee equipment across our diverse portfolio of clients.
In this role, no two days are the same. You’ll balance scheduled maintenance with reactive call‑outs, ensuring machines are operating at their best. Once fully trained, you’ll manage your own day‑to‑day workload with ongoing support from our team. We take a realistic, people‑first approach to job allocation, giving you the time and space to work safely, professionally, and to the highest standard for every customer.
Responsibilities
* Respond to faults efficiently, diagnose issues, and provide solutions that get clients back up and running.
* Attend most jobs independently while having access to team support via phone.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to keep skills sharp and knowledge up to date.
Qualifications
* Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
* Experience in a customer‑facing service environment (preferred, but not essential).
* Technical ability, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
