£28k-£32k per annum (salary negotiable depending on experience) OTE £60K-£80K + Rewards & Incentives
Daniel Owen is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who understands the engineering sector to join our office based in Reading.

We have watched it grow from strength to strength and following on from a successful year, we are now on the lookout for another Recruitment Consultant to join the DO team, specializing solely in Engineering. With the team having an exceptional name in Reading and reputation in the industry this will be a huge benefit to you when building relationships with new & existing clients.
Your impact/duties as a Recruitment Consultant:
Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience.
360 Recruitment Process: From negotiating terms, to interviews to offer stages, you will manage the entire process.
Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations
