AGC (Accouter Design) Project Administrator/Manager Location: Bloomsbury, London (5 days per week in studio) Hours: 9am - 6pm Overview Our company is London’s fastest growing portfolio of international award-winning brands. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced, creative environment. Reporting into the Associate Director, you will manage multiple projects from inception through to completion, including all design phases, client interaction, scheduling, and financial performance. You will work closely with the Design, Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure the successful delivery of every project. Responsibilities but not limited to: Project Delivery & Client Relations Take ownership of multiple mid-to-high-end residential projects from inception to completion. Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships, providing regular updates on project progress, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate contracts, estimates, and proposals, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and RIBA stages. Lead weekly internal project reviews and attend site progress meetings to track deliverables and resolve issues. Procurement, Finance & Systems Manage design projects in Business Central (BC), tracking details, timelines, and financials. Support the procurement process: place and manage orders, maintain supplier relationships, and oversee quality checks. Manage project cashflow in collaboration with the Accounts team, aligning payments with milestones and ensuring timely invoicing. Complete reconciliations for Finance with accuracy and Director sign-off. Quality, Logistics & Installation Conduct site visits to confirm pre-installation conditions, oversee QA/QC standards, and ensure client approvals are met. Support installations on-site, coordinating with the Logistics and Warehouse teams for timely deliveries and replacements if required. Complete pre- and post-installation reports, ensuring all projects are delivered to AGC standards and client satisfaction. Documentation & Compliance Produce meeting agendas, minutes, and reports to ensure clear communication across teams. Prepare documentation for LTA (Licence to Alter) approvals and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. ​ ​ Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Administrator or Project Manager within the interior design or architecture sector (4 years preferred). Good understanding of UK building construction and regulations. Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills. Calm, professional, and proactive with a solution-focused mindset. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects at once. AutoCAD, Business Central, and Project Manager experience is beneficial but not essential - training will be provided Positive, can-do attitude with flexibility to adapt in a changing environment.
