Typical day as a Leasehold Property Manager
* Youll be the face of Home Group, responsible for a small portfolio of schemes, carrying out site inspections.
* Youll manage customer queries, arrears, anti-social behaviour, complaints and safeguarding.
* Youll work with customers both on a one-to-one basis and to facilitate wider scheme meetings and resident associations
* Youll collaborate with our maintenance colleagues and the wider leasehold team to ensure the scheme is compliant and has an effective planned maintenance programme
* Youll collaborate to ensure scheme service charge accounts are accurate and transparent for our customers.
* Your overall mission is to improve the leasehold customer experience with Home Group.
