You'll be supporting individuals facing homelessness and addiction, helping them to:
* Stabilise their living situation
* Access recovery and treatment services
* Rebuild confidence and independence
* Move toward long-term accommodation and a brighter future
You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred support that empowers residents to take control of their lives.

What We're Looking For
* Experience in support work, care, or homelessness services (but passion and empathy matter most)
* Understanding of substance misuse and trauma-informed care
* Strong communication and boundaries
* Resilience, reliability, and the ability to think on your feet
* A non-judgemental, down-to-earth attitude
