You'll play a key role within the Internal Sales team, supporting customers, managing orders, and driving profitability through great account coordination and operational efficiency.This role is full time office based, Rotherham (S63 area)
Job Description
What you'll be doingAs an Internal Sales & Commercial Coordinator, you'll:
3. Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of key customers, providing outstanding service and support.
4. Work closely with Account Managers to deliver on projects, pricing, and order management - occasionally attending customer meetings.
5. Prepare quotes, costings, and negotiate pricing within agreed frameworks.
6. Liaise across departments - Planning, Design, Accounts, and Despatch - to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
7. Maintain stock controls, monitor warehouse efficiency, and contribute to cost optimisation.
8. Prepare regular reports and ensure all internal systems (ESP/CRM/QUEST) are kept up to date and accurate.
9. Support with tenders, design samples, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.

11. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
12. Commercially aware with good numerical ability and a proactive approach.
13. A self-motivated team player who takes pride in doing things right first time.
14. Educated to at least A-Level (or equivalent) and comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
15. Experience in internal sales, account coordination, or a customer service/commercial role within manufacturing, logistics, or similar environments would be advantageous.

16. Starting salary £30,000, rising to £31,734 after a successful 6-month probation
17. Sign-on bonus of £700 (£350 at 3 months + £350 at 6 months, subject to no absence)
18. Annual bonus based on production output - last year paid around £3,500
