Join Our Team as a Junior Manager in Risk & Compliance!
Are you passionate about governance and compliance? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Weymouth Risk and Compliance team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. As a Junior Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our Risk & Compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to policies and legislation from our suppliers and colleagues.
You will be responsible for providing reliable and timely reporting on compliance areas such as travel & expenses, contracts, supplier risk, spend management, and off-payroll workers. Additionally, you will support key programs within the Risk & Compliance team and assist with line management duties.

What You’ll Be Doing
Governance & Compliance Reporting
* Deliver monthly governance reports to key stakeholders using Power BI, covering areas such as travel & expenses, contract coverage, supplier risk (including modern slavery, financial risk, and security), ESG data consolidation, and off-payroll workers.
Project Work in Risk & Compliance
* Lead key projects within the team.
Travel and Expenses Compliance
* Oversee Group Travel and Expenses to ensure cost-effective bookings and policy compliance.
* Support the transition to the new TMC.
* Manage the Group Company Expenses System and Corporate Card Program, including auditing and compliance.
Line Management
* Lead, coach, and develop two direct reports.
Who You Are
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI.
Experience in Contract Management and drafting.
Commercial awareness and basic legislative knowledge.
