As a Digital Systems Specialist, you will provide implementation support, drive user adoption, and ensure operational optimisation of all Business systems.
You will work closely with core business teams and the IT Services department to coordinate digital project implementation, troubleshoot system issues, and drive operational efficiency across the organisation.
This involves supporting smooth handovers from implementation, including set up, testing, optimisation, user acceptance, training and go-live coordination. You will also be responsible for properly configuring, testing, and optimising systems ahead of key events.
Proven experience in system implementation support and user training.
Strong hands-on technical skills with Business systems configuration and troubleshooting.
Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities.
Supporting end-to-end implementation of new Business systems.
Planning and identifying operational requirements and process improvements.
Creating and maintaining user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
Monitoring day-to-day system performance and user feedback to ensure solutions are meeting Business needs.
Identifying opportunities to improve system efficiency, enhance user experience, and maximise system potential.
Supporting the development of the Business’ digital roadmap.
Collaborating with the Data and Insights Lead on system reporting requirements and data quality.
