Overview
We’re looking for an Implementational Planning Senior Manager or Associate Director to join OneMars, Publicis Groupe’s fully integrated bespoke agency built for one of the world’s most loved global FMCG businesses. This is a regional role working across their European portfolio of pet nutrition brands – brands with huge visibility, rich heritage and ambitious transformation agendas.
What You Will Be Doing
Implementational Leadership
* Translate regional media strategy into clear, detailed, actionable implementational plans across multiple platforms and capabilities.
* Develop recommendations for platform selection, tactics, formats and budget allocation.
* Embed test & learn frameworks into deployment plans, ensuring continuous evolution.
Directional Annual Planning
* Own and shape the regional annual laydown for your allocated brands, ensuring it is strategically aligned, operationally feasible and adopted across all markets.
* Bring together experts from media, influencer, production, analytics and commerce to align behind a unified plan.
Client‑Facing Advisory
* Act as a trusted partner to regional brand and media clients, confidently presenting tactical recommendations and guiding decision‑making.
* Lead discussions on adjustments, optimisations and in‑year changes, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Cross‑Market Governance
* Maintain and manage multi‑market planning documentation, validating inputs and resolving discrepancies.
* Ensure cluster teams and activation partners are aligned with the annual laydown and ongoing tactical updates.
Integrated Capability Collaboration
* Work closely with influencer, production and creative teams to ensure assets, talent activity and deployment plans align seamlessly.
* Provide production partners with visibility of asset needs and platform requirements.
In‑Year Tactical Management
* Serve as the central hub for tactical planning – coordinating updates, tracking variations and ensuring stakeholders remain aligned.
* Attend brand squad meetings to provide updates, flag risks and support in‑flight optimisation.
Ways of Working & Stakeholder Excellence
* Build strong relationships across markets and specialisms, promoting operational excellence and consistency.
* Identify opportunities for improved frameworks and best practice sharing.
What We’re Looking For
Must‑Have Expertise
* Senior experience in implementational or tactical planning, ideally with multi‑market exposure.
* Deep understanding of how to translate strategy into granular deployment requirements.
* Strong client‑facing presence – able to simplify complexity, shape narratives and lead conversations confidently.
* Brilliant organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Ideal Skills & Knowledge
* Familiarity with influencer integration, production workflows and asset planning.
* Experience using planning data sources such as GWI, TGI, platform insights, MMM inputs.
* Understanding of leading media platforms (Meta, YouTube, DV360, retail media environments).
* A collaborative mindset – comfortable influencing without direct line management.
