Role: Support Worker Location of role: Lichfield Close Role Description: We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Lichfield Close in Netherton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a warm, home-like environment, providing residential care and support for three gentlemen with learning and physical difficulties. Experience and Skills of a Support Worker: Essential: * Good listening and communication skills with people with a learning disability. * Ability to encourage and enable service users to make choices and take control of their lives. * Ability to assist with personal care while maintaining independence, privacy, and dignity. * Strong organisational and teamwork skills. * Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office). Desirable: * Previous healthcare experience, ideally supporting individuals with complex needs (physical and learning disabilities).
