You'll work closely with the agency founder and senior leadership team to shape the future of the business, leading sales strategy, strengthening commercial partnerships, and helping to professionalise the agency as it enters its next phase of growth.
The Role:
As Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of driving new business and agency growth. You'll be the face of the agency for prospective clients, leading on UK pitches, developing relationships with senior marketing leaders, and opening doors to large, blue-chip accounts.
You'll combine commercial strategy with hands-on sales expertise, bringing the confidence and credibility needed to represent the agency at the highest level. From crafting compelling proposals to developing scalable sales frameworks, you'll play a pivotal role in taking an already successful business to the next level.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the new business strategy and identifying opportunities with UK-based blue-chip and PLC brands
- Representing the agency in pitches and client presentations, bringing creative ideas and commercial insight
- Creating compelling proposals, RFP responses, and pitch decks that win business
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior marketing decision-makers
- Helping shape the agency's commercial structure and positioning in the market
- Working closely with the founder and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
- Providing mentorship and strategic input to the wider sales and marketing function
About You:
- Senior-level experience within a marketing or creative agency (ideally in a new business, client services, or leadership role)
- Proven track record of winning large accounts and leading successful pitches to major UK brands
- Strong understanding of social media, influencer, or digital marketing services
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and strategic planning ability
- Credible, professional, and confident representing an agency at board or C-suite level
- Able to commute to the West Yorkshire office one or two days per week

- Salary up to £60,000 plus a generous commission structure
