Amelia Knight Limited is looking for an organised and proactive Finance Assistant to support our busy finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and previous experience within a fast-paced finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the finance team across purchase ledger, sales ledger, and banking functions
* Processing and recording supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
* Assisting with supplier payments and payment runs
* Reconciling bank accounts and financial transactions
* Setting up new supplier accounts in line with company policy
* Liaising with internal and external contacts to resolve finance queries
* Supporting month-end processes and maintaining accurate financial records
About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
* Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Be confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
* Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Be able to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
* Work well both independently and as part of a team
