What does the role entail?
* Lead the full recruitment lifecycle — from role briefing through to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
* Partner with hiring managers to define attraction strategies, interview approaches, and sourcing methods
* Provide expert guidance on recruitment best practice aligned to DHLs resourcing strategy
* Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, including site leaders and HR Business Partners
* Source and engage high-quality candidates using a mix of direct sourcing, talent pools, and external channels
* Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and deliver concise shortlists to hiring managers
* Track and manage vacancies, providing regular progress updates and insights throughout campaigns
* Collaborate with external recruitment partners where appropriate
* Use data and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
What do we need from you?
* Experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (in-house or agency)
* A strong track record of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Knowledge of candidate attraction techniques and sourcing strategies
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
