Main duties of the job As a Registered General Nurse, you will work within our District Nursing Service to provide skilled, patient-centred nursing care to adults within their own homes and a range of community settings. You will collaborate closely with GP practices, Integrated Neighbourhood Teams and wider health and social care partners to ensure care is well coordinated and has a measurable positive impact on patient outcomes. We are seeking nurses who can demonstrate strong leadership qualities, effective teamwork skills, and the ability to work autonomously when required. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential.
