Lunchtime Supervisor Swansea
Location: Primary School in Swansea
Contract: Part-time, Term Time Only
Hours: Typically between 11:30am – 1:00pm (exact times may vary depending on school needs)
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team. This role is key to ensuring our pupils enjoy a safe, happy and well-supervised lunchtime.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground and indoor areas
* Encourage positive play, inclusion and good behaviour
* Support pupils with lunchtime routines, including helping younger children
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
* Provide basic first aid for minor incidents (training provided)
* Communicate any concerns or incidents to senior staff

* Enjoys working with children and has a kind, patient manner
* Is dependable, punctual and able to work well in a team
* Can use initiative and remain calm in busy situations
* Promotes positive behaviour and safe play
* Understands the importance of safeguarding (training provided)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
