Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Procurement Business Partner to join Bradford Council's Children and Familites Trust on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract/ This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex procurement projects from market engagement through to contract award.

Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, supporting robust business cases and outcome-focused specifications.
*
Ensure compliance with UK and EU procurement legislation and internal governance standards.
*
Drive social value and sustainability outcomes through procurement.
*
Develop contract management and supplier relationship strategies for key contracts.
*
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design innovative, value-driven procurement approaches.
*
Support the implementation of e-procurement solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Criteria:
*
CIPS Level 5 (or equivalent) or working towards it.
*
Proven experience managing complex procurement, commissioning, or commercial projects.
*
Strong understanding of public sector procurement legislation and frameworks.
