We are recruiting an experiencedDomesticElectriciansqualified to:
* 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation (or equivalent electrician qualification)
* BS7671:2018 Wiring Regulations for 18th Edition
* 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification (ideally)
Gilmartins work in social housing and providereactive repairsfor local authorities andhousing associations. The ideal person will have worked in social housing previously.
The job requires work and travel inNorth London and surrounding areas
Properties for this well-known Housing Association are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.
